ASL Basic

ASL Basic now supports color & B&W! Learning the American Sign Language (ASL) now becomes easier with ASL Basic. You can easily at your own pace do a revision of the sign language alphabets and numbers.

Once you are comfortable with the numbers and alphabets, you can proceed with the sign spell feature. You can type in the words and ASL Basic will show you the words using American Sign Language.

With the quiz feature, you can be tested on the ASL alphabets, numbers and also words! (spelling) There are over 600 words (spelling)for the Spell Quiz. You can also set the difficulty level for the Spell Quiz by selecting the number of letters for each word.You can also select the number of questions for your quiz.

Also included in ASL Basic, a feature that would definitely lighten things up when it gets too tiring after doing all the review - Game!Yes! A game option is also included. This game is actually a revamped classic game of the SCISSORS-PAPER-STONE. It also has the interface of an arcade fighting game. With this game, you can always have an enjoyable time while learning the ASL on your Palm.

ASL Vocabulary

ASL Vocab is a companion software for the ASL Basic from Zoos Software. It is now available in B&W and color version. It allows you to review the American Sign Language vocabulary on your Palm devices.

A total of 552 vocabulary together with its descriptions can be reviewed. Included in this applicationis the quiz session. You can track your progress on recognising the ASL vocabulary with the history of the quiz that you have taken.

Together, using ASL Basic and ASL Vocab software, learning the American Sign Language (ASL)would now becomes easier with these software from Zoos Software.No matter where you are, with ASL Basic and ASL Vocab you can slowly and gradually familiarise with the basic alphabets, numbers and vocabulary of the ASL.
